Fee changes have been approved by the ICHO Board, and take effect immediately.See ICHO Fees here:

The main change is the DNA fee. UK raised their their testing fee, so we are changing ours to reflect the added cost. Registration and memberships are the same.
The mailing service fees have actually gone down a few cents and that too has been applied. Those postal fees take effect on Jan 4 2010.
Other items have simply been dropped due to minimal usage.
The no-survey fee has been dropped, but the survey is still required, if I understood correctly.
Rush option, added $10 fee for overseas, extended pedigree, and incomplete/handling fees have also been dropped.
Another small change to note, is the requirement that upon the death of your horse, you must surrender the certificate. You may request the return of the certificate for a small fee, otherwise there is no charge. The returned certificate will be amended with the death information. Of course this is impossible to enforce, but it will help ICHO in keeping accurate records, and hope the membership will join ICHO in fulfilling its goals.
